Effective September 30, 2026, Chris L. Tye, MD, DDS transferred ownership of Texas Oral Surgery Specialists and is no longer practicing at Texas Oral Surgery Specialists.
The practice will continue to provide oral and maxillofacial surgical care at the same location under Texas Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, LLC.
Patients may continue their care with the practice or may select another physician, dentist, or healthcare provider.
Medical and Dental Records
